The Challenge.

The client had limited resources to dedicate to social media marketing. Creating content, getting it reviewed, making changes and publishing the approved posts across multiple platforms was repetitive and time-consuming. The team had to manage separate posts for each platform, coordinate approvals by hand and publish the same or related content again and again, which took significant manual effort and added ongoing marketing costs.

The client wanted a more efficient way to manage the full content lifecycle, from creation and review to platform-specific publishing, while keeping the team in control of what was ultimately published.

The Solution.

We developed an AI-powered social media automation using n8n. It is a set of connected workflows that cover content generation, review, approval and publishing. We integrated Large Language Models (LLMs) into n8n to generate marketing content and supporting images from the information the client provides. The generated content is saved automatically to a shared sheet, where the team can review, edit and refine it before approving it for publishing.

Once content is approved, a separate n8n workflow handles publishing. The team selects the platform, and the workflow publishes only the approved content to it. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are connected to the workflows, giving the client a structured content process with human review and approval built in.
